MW2 Callsigns/Emblems

Wondering if you guys have any insight on how to unlock specific callsigns and whatnot. I believe the Pineapple Express and Totally Baked I got were from cooking frag grenades, and the blunt trauma I think was from riot shield kills. Anyone know how to get the High Command call or the pot leaf emblem?

i havent played it online for a while, but i now have a reason to play. i want totally baked and the leaf emblem

it says to get high command you need to reach level 45 prestige and gotta complete denier challenge to get pot leaf.

for some reason im seriously shit at team deathmatch, but in free for all i usually finish in top 3

Im always in the top three also Im working on getting a higher kill death ratio. Im usually on like 4-5 more kills than deaths.

Yes, you have to unlock The Denier challenge before you can obtain the pot leaf emblem. You get it for killing someone before they reach a killstreak of 10. I got mine on Favela by killing a dude that was continuously sniping my stupid team from the roofs.
